For our US customers, orders may be subject to duties and taxes at the time of delivery. These fees are assessed by US customs and are not included in your order total.

Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for full-price items in their original condition (i.e unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags and liners attached). 

Sale items are considered final and not eligible for return, please choose carefully.

Note: customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. As mail delivery services can be unreliable and parcel theft is real, we recommend any return is sent using a registered or traceable postal service, as Santai is not liable for lost returns.

To ensure a long lasting garment life whilst caring for the environment please follow these instructions:
• Hand wash in cold water (because its gentle on the garment and helps protect the structure, shape and colour of the fabric) while reducing the amount of energy used
• Use eco-friendly detergents, do not use bleach
• Do not tumble dry, line dry in shade without delay. This saves electricity and maintains garment structure.
• Cover with a cloth and cool iron if needed
