All orders are shipped out of Brisbane, Australia.
Please read the following shipping rates and and delivery information for your destination below.

For International Deliveries (outside Australia)
All deliveries require a signature on delivery and may be subject to local customs and duties charges at your delivery destination.

Kindly ensure your both your delivery address and phone number are correct to avoid any delays.

Where any order is either refused delivery, or is voluntarily returned to sender (RTS) by the customer, a AUD$70 return shipping fee (plus any additional duties and taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Australia Shipping

FREE standard shipping when you spend over $300

Orders under $300 are a flat rate charge of $10.00

Express Post is $15.00 per order

New Zealand Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $18 per order to New Zealand.

Countries that fall into this category are unable to receive an estimated shipping time, however upon receiving your tracking information you will be given an ETA of your parcels arrival.

International customs taxes and duties

All international orders are sent DDU (delivery duties unpaid) and may be subject to local duties and tax charges at the final destination.

Any duties or taxes required to be paid by the country your parcel is being delivered to, is the responsibility of you, the customer. Santai is not responsible for any additional charges incurred on your order.

As a guide, this website will give you an indication of duties and taxes payable in your country, however, we recommend contacting your local customs office for an official estimate of these fees prior to placing an order.

Order processing time

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (AEST), and shipped within 48 hours of ordering (excluding Public Holidays). If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped the following business day**

**Please note, order processing times may be subject to a 4-7 business day delay during sale and peak promotional periods due to a higher volume of orders - we greatly appreciate your patience.

If your order is flagged by our team as a potential fraudulent transaction, we reserve the right to contact you for further information (which may include a request for proof of ID) prior to shipment or, we may cancel the order.

Order delivery time

The approximate delivery timeframes specified for each delivery region are in addition to the order processing times.

Deliveries by our shipping partners will occur Monday-Friday. To avoid any delay in receiving your package, please ensure someone is home to receive the package at this time.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information is correct to avoid any delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information.

For easy reference, customers can track their order shipment and delivery status here, using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email.

Returns Information

We offer free returns for full price items. Returning an item is hassle-free with our Returns Portal.

Please note, we offer refunds and exchanges on full-price items only (excluding shipping fees)*.
*The return window is 21 days from date of order for Australia/ New Zealand orders and 21 days from the date of delivery for international orders. Items received by our team outside of this return time frame will only be eligible for a store credit.

Sale items may be returned for a store-credit and any item marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

Conditions for Return

Ensure your items meet these conditions for a smooth return process:

  1. Return item(s) within 21 days of the order date for Australia/ New Zealand and 21 days from the order delivery date for international orders
  2. All item(s) must be returned to Santai in the original unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition, folded neatly with all garment tags attached

Note: If the item(s) are not returned meeting these requirements,  your return will be sent back to you at an additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. As mail delivery services can be unreliable and parcel theft is real, we recommend any return is sent using a registered or traceable postal service, as Santai is not liable for lost returns.

Original shipping charges, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

Sale / Final Sale

All items listed on the website that are marked as “Sale”, are strictly eligible for a Store Credit only.

Please note, we do not refund or credit the cost of shipping.
Store Credits for sale items are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

We strictly do not offer refunds on any Sale items purchased (unless deemed faulty) please see conditions for Faulty Items.

Any items marked down to “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund/store credit (unless deemed faulty), please see Faulty Items conditions below.

Refunds for orders using a Discount Code

(1) Full-price item(s) purchased using a promo/discount code are eligible for refund/store credit to the value paid for the item using such code.

(2) For any sale item purchased using a promo code, the store credit amount will reflect the amount paid using such code.

What to do if you recieve a Faulty Item

We sincerely hope your order arrives in perfect condition, but if you encounter a fault, we're here to help.

Please reach out to us at customercare@santai.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order following the instruction below:*

Kindly provide your order number, images of the fault, and a brief description.

Minor Faults: For minor faults, we'll assist in organizing a replacement or repair for your item.
Major Faults: In the unfortunate event of a major fault, you have the option of a replacement, refund, or credit note.

*Note: under Australian consumer law, this policy does not apply to the customer misusing the item or not adhering to the care instructions provided.

How long will it take to process my return?

Please allow up to 7 business days from delivery of your return to receive your refund. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via email.

Your refund will be processed via the original payment method used to place the order.

Can I exchange for a different size or item?

At this time we only offer refunds and do not currently offer exchanges. Instead we suggest you return the unwanted item for refund, and place a new order for the item you desire in its place.
