Shipping, handling + import taxes
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Please read our Shipping page for a full list of countries we ship to, shipping rates and expected delivery timeframes.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
We aim is to confirm, process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Any order placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the following business day AEST. Please allow an additional 3-4 days processing time for any order placed during a sale period due to the high volume of orders.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery timeframes are in addition to order processing times, please see the below guide for approximate information regarding our shipping timeframes:

Please allow up to 3-8 business days after processing to receive your order.

Delivery Delays: We recommend that you regularly check the websites of our shipping partners to take notice of any delays that are being experienced within their network. If you have any question about receiving your order, please contact our customer care team at customercare@santai.com.au
Is my order trackable?
All orders are shipped with tracking for peace of mind. Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with the tracking number and direct carrier link. Please allow up to 24-hours for details to appear on the shipping carrier’s tracking page.
I accidentally added the wrong address!
Please contact us as soon as possible customercare@santai.com.au if you have added the incorrect address to your order. If we have not processed and shipped your order, we may be able to update it. However in the instance where your order has already shipped from our warehouse, we will be unable to change the address.
Do I have to pay import duties on my order?
For customers located outside of Australia, international deliveries may be subject to duties and taxes applicable in their country/ state of residence. Any import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient to organise payment with the local carrier or authorities
Returns
What is Santai's return policy?
Any item purchased directly from Santai (excluding any style marked ‘Final Sale’) is eligible for a return, provided the return meets our terms and conditions as follows;
- All items must be returned in their original, unworn/ unused condition
- Original tags must still be attached, intact and unbroken
- Return must be received back to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery to your address

How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow up to 7 business days from delivery of your return to receive your refund. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via email.
Your refund will be processed via the original payment method used to place the order.

Can I exchange for a different size or item?
At this time we only offer refunds and do not currently offer exchanges. Instead we suggest you return the unwanted item for refund, and place a new order for the item you desire in its place.
Who covers the cost of the return?
You, the customer, are responsible for any costs associated with returned items. We strongly suggest using a return shipping method that requires tracking (for your peace of mind) as we do not accept any responsibility and are not liable for returned goods lost in transit / not received by our warehouse.
Can I return sale items?
Items purchased on sale, during a sale period or using a discount code are eligible for return unless the item is marked as ‘FINAL SALE’
Any items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ at the time of purchase are not are not eligible for return, unless the items are deemed faulty.

Ordering Online
Can I make a change to my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or change an order once it has been placed. Please ensure you choose your items carefully, and that all shipping information is correct before placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible at customercare@santai.com.au
Please note, there is no guarantee we can cancel an order if it has been processed by our warehouse. If we are unable to cancel the order for this reason, the normal returns process will apply once you receive your order.
I have received a faulty item
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault Faithfull the Brand will replace the item or refund the cost as long as it has been returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can guide you through the next steps and returns process. Please provide our team with photos clearly showing the defect or fault and a brief description for a preliminary assessment. Read our Faulty Items Return Policy.
I received the wrong item
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact customer service as soon as possible after receiving your order at customercare@santai.com.au. Please provide your name, order number, and details regarding the incorrect item/s.
We will look into and look to resolve this issue as quickly as possible for you
I am missing an item from my order
Due to the small batch nature of our production, our inventory is tightly managed. In the unlikely event you have not received an item you ordered, please contact customer service as soon as possible after receiving your order at customercare@santai.com.au Please provide your name, order number, and details regarding the missing item so we can look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible for you.
I forgot to add my discount code
Unfortunately, due to system constraints, once an order has been placed we are unable to assist with the application of any code that alters the value of the order.

How do I care for my Santai garments?
All of our garments are made by hand by our local artisans in Bali, Indonesia. To extend the life of your Santai styles, please follow the care instructions below which will help protect the color of the fabric and structure of the garment.
Hand-wash in cold water. Avoid bleach and use environmentally friendly detergents. Avoid tumble dry and hang dry where possible. This saves electricity and avoids fibre degradation. Cool iron when needed.
Each style contains specific care instructions located on the label inside the garment. Please ensure these are carefully followed to maintain the life of your Santai garments.
