Shipping
We offer tracked international shipping which, on average, takes 7-10 business days. All orders shipped from Brisbane, Australia. For detailed shipping information, you can read our shipping policy here.

US Tariffs
Our goods are not produced in China and therefore not subject to the current tariffs imposed, all orders are duty free under US$800 until 29th August when the executive order comes into effect.

Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for full-price items in their original condition (i.e unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags and liners attached). 

Sale items are considered final and not eligible for return, please choose carefully.

Note: customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. As mail delivery services can be unreliable and parcel theft is real, we recommend any return is sent using a registered or traceable postal service, as Santai is not liable for lost returns.

Original shipping charges, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

This garment has been handmade in Indonesia and is made from an organic Linen (55%) + Cotton (45%) crinkle blend fabric.

All of our natural fabrics are pre-washed to minimise shrinkage.

To ensure the longevity of your garment while caring for the environment, please follow these instructions:

• Wash in cold water: Gentle machine wash. This method helps preserve the fabric's structure, shape, and color while reducing energy consumption.
• Use eco-friendly detergents: Do not use bleach.
• Do not tumble dry: this saves electricity and prevents fabric degradation and shrinkage. Hang-dry in shade and re-shape as necessary.
• Cool iron if needed: iron with a cool setting, or lightly steam from a distance.
